For this project, my team and I conducted a strategic assessment of Farfetch, a global luxury e-commerce platform. We explored key challenges the company faced, including market shifts, operational inefficiencies, and changing consumer behaviors. In addition to identifying these issues, we proposed actionable solutions, such as enhancing the customer experience through personalized shopping technologies and optimizing operational efficiency by streamlining logistics. We also recommended refining Farfetch's brand positioning to better appeal to the luxury market while highlighting sustainability as a core value and key differentiator. We had the incredible opportunity to present our project to Marcelo Noschese, former CEO of Prada Americas, and our work was voted the best in the class. This recognition was a testament to our in-depth analysis and innovative approach to solving Farfetch's challenges.
